We believe international flights are not included in the new travel restrictions regulation based on the latest information from officials.
The Indonesian Government's announcement that all commercial passenger traffic by air, sea and rail will be STOPPED from 24 April until 01 June, does not seem to include some International flights which are still authorized to operate under this policy and travelers with existing itineraries should reconfirm their departure details with the relevant airline.
Many domestic flights though are now banned. While our best understanding is that foreign nationals could potentially legally travel internally for the purposes of onward travel out of Indonesia, in practice there may be little provision or availability to do so from tomorrow.
