Corporate Partner
Annual partnership with Bali Hotels Association applicable for PT or PMA companies registered in Indonesia from various industries
and subject to approval, who would like to offer their services and products to our members.

- Able to display products and join networking sessions at every BHA GM Meeting
- 3 times information sharing on events/training/news for hotels on BHA’s LinkedIn account – no advertisement on products
- Online banner on BHA’s website ( to be provided by Partner size 1200px x 400px)
- 1 roll-up banner on display at every BHA meeting ( to be provided by Partner)
- Invitation to attend selected events throughout the year and attend the BHA end-year event
- 4 times a year, articles/information will be included in BHA’s quick update
All applications are subject to final approval by BHA. Once approval has been granted, an invoice will be issued.

One-time sponsor for one of our BHA GM member monthly meetings, and is applicable for any company, organisation or institution and subject to approval for as a one-time networking and information sharing to our members.

Committed to supporting NGO and Foundations/Yayasans that align with our mission to drive positive change in the communities we serve. We seek to collaborate with organizations that demonstrate transparency, sustainability, and a measurable impact in their initiatives.
Focus Areas
We prioritize funding for projects in the following areas:
- Education & Skills Development – Initiatives that enhance learning opportunities, vocational training, and digital literacy.
- Environmental Sustainability – Programs focused on conservation, waste management, and sustainable practices.
- Health & Well-being – Projects that improve access to healthcare, nutrition, and mental health support.
- Community Empowerment – Initiatives that promote social equity, economic development, and cultural preservation.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for CSR funding, organizations must:
- Be a registered NGO or foundation with a valid legal status in Indonesia
- Have at least three years of operational experience in their area of work.
- Demonstrate clear objectives, impact measurement strategies, and transparent financial management.
- Align with one or more of our focus areas.
- Submit a detailed proposal outlining the project scope, expected outcomes, and budget breakdown.
Funding Application Process
1. Letter of Inquiry (LOI): Interested organizations should submit a brief LOI introducing their organization and project idea.
2. Proposal Submission: If shortlisted, applicants will be invited to submit a full proposal, including objectives, impact metrics, timeline, and budget.
3. Evaluation & Review: Our CSR committee will assess proposals based on alignment, feasibility, and potential impact.
4. Approval & Funding: Selected organizations will receive funding and may be required to provide periodic progress reports.
Reporting & Accountability
Funded organizations must:
- Provide regular updates and financial reports detailing fund utilization.
- Participate in scheduled check-ins and evaluations.
- Share success stories and impact reports showcasing project achievements.
