Dish: Layur Mleko [a traditional Jimbaran dish, grilled on coconut husk and paired with fresh, local ingredients]
3rd Place Jumeirah Bali - Dwi Mahendra Saputra
Dish: Sudang Lepet & Jukut Undis [ Salted Fish with Black Bean Soup ]
The final took place at the launch of the Sustainable Food Festival on 30th October at Conrad Bali.
