Budgeting is an annual task that every hotel must undertake to prepare for the upcoming financial year. It's a complex process involving almost every department. When everyone involved understands the principles and processes needed to create a good budget, the task becomes much more manageable and timely.

At Bali Hotel Association (BHA), we are committed to facilitating training programs tailored to the needs of our members, including essential budgeting skills. This year, our Budgeting Training was held on May 11, 2024, at Prime Plaza Hotel Sanur. We had the pleasure of hosting 61 participants, led by one of Bali's prominent accounting and finance experts, Gusti Putu Wisesa.

“I am very happy that every training session we organize is met with great enthusiasm from our member hotels. The participants, who come from all departments within the hotels, were very active during the class. I trust they gained a lot of benefits from this session, which will be very useful when they return to their respective properties,” says I Wayan Warta, Director of Education, Training, and Scholarship at BHA.

Throughout 2024, BHA has prepared several training sessions for both member and non-member hotels, covering relevant topics such as Finance for Non-Finance, Food and Beverage Profitability, Fundamentals of Social Media for Hotels, and The Art of Negotiation Skills for Supervisory and Department Head Levels.

Together, we are building a stronger, more knowledgeable hospitality community. #BaliHotelAssociation #HospitalityTraining #HotelBudgeting #ProfessionalDevelopment #HospitalityExcellence
