Apart from the Sustainable Food Festival, BHA also launched the BHA Street Food Cooking Competition.
This competition celebrates Bali's culinary heritage and showcases the talent and creativity of member hotels and resorts. With a focus on non-managerial positions, the competition challenged entrants to utilize locally sourced ingredients, showcase their cooking arts, and tell compelling dish stories through video submissions. The final round of the competition was held as a live cooking event between 10 chefs l, Wednesday 28 June 2023, at Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa.
