Training Human Traffic Awareness, 3 & 4 July 2023
On July 3rd and 4th, 2023, a highly informative and impactful training session on human trafficking awareness was conducted exclusively for members of the BHA. The training aimed to equip our members with essential knowledge and skills to identify and combat human trafficking within the hospitality industry.
Hosted in collaboration with renowned experts in the field of human trafficking, the two-day training program provided an in-depth understanding of the various aspects of this heinous crime. Human trafficking remains a grave concern globally, and the hospitality industry, with its wide reach and potential vulnerabilities, has a vital role to play in combating this crime. By educating ourselves and our staff on the signs of trafficking, we can create safe environments for both our employees and guests while contributing to the eradication of this illicit trade.
