Mount Agung considered normal for an active volcano

The Center for Volcanology and Geological Disaster Mitigation (PVMBG) also advised residents and tourists to steer clear of restricted zone. A ban on trekking Mt. Agung has been in place since 2017.

Bali International Airport continues to operate as normal.
