Indonesia Hotels & Restaurants Association Bali Chapter recommendations for stranded guests and postponed arrival related to Mt. Agung as follows:
1. To give 1 (one) free night to the guests who are supposed to fly out but cannot due to airport closure OR discounted rates based on each hotel's policy.
2. To not charge cancellation fee for postponed arrivals due to airport closure.
