On Thursday, March 13th, Bali Hotels Association (BHA) hosted a Sustainability Certification Workshop at Mercure Resort Sanur, providing a valuable opportunity for members looking to take the next step in their sustainability journey.

Facilitated by Ferly Apriliadita, an experienced Social and Tourism Team Coordinator with over seven years of auditing expertise at Control Union, the workshop delivered practical insights and essential knowledge to help hotel teams understand and navigate a certification process.

Whether participants were just starting to explore sustainability certification or looking for deeper insights, the session provided a strong foundation to support their hotel’s environmental action plan. Future workshops will continue to guide teams in building a clear sustainability mission, helping them communicate its importance to owners and colleagues.

Thank you to Mercure Resort Sanur for hosting this session and supporting our commitment to a more responsible industry.
