About this position
Assistant Restaurant Manager reports to the Restaurant Manager directly on day to day basis, working closely as leader and decide strategic goal for the Operations and Team
Experience/Qualifications
- Having at least 1 year experience in the same position at reputable Hotel
- Or Having at least 3 years experience as FB Supervisor at reputable Hotel
- Having good leadership skill
- Good communication skill
- Good knowledge at western menu and alcoholic beverages
- Experience in Fine Dining will be an advantage
- Willing to live in Nusa Lembongan Island
